Rental Periods
- Daily rates are based on any 24 hour period or less, starting at confirmed pick up/delivery time.
- Weekly rates are 3 times the daily rate and are based on a 7 day period, starting at confirmed pick up/delivery time.
Paperwork required to rent Equipment and Services at S1 Group
If you would like to rent Equipment and Services, there will be some paperwork that will need to be completed. When you contact Bookings to enquire about an order they will provide details.

Equipment Issues
- If any equipment on your order is incomplete or found not to be functioning correctly, S1 Group must be notified immediately by phone at 416-466-3024 Ext. 607 for the Equipment Department. If it is after hours and we are closed please send an email with photos of the issue to bookings@s1group.ca and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- If any equipment on your order becomes damaged or is not functioning correctly, please mark the item(s) using tape.
- All rental equipment must be used by qualified professionals in a non-hazardous and appropriate environment. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for details. The training of personnel to operate equipment rented from S1 Group is the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations
Rental Equipment
S1 must be notified of a cancellation of a confirmed order a minimum of 48 hours (Monday to Friday) prior to scheduled pick up or delivery otherwise the following charges will apply. (e.g. If order is scheduled for pick up/delivery for Monday 8AM, customer must notify S1 Group of cancellation by the previous Thursday 8AM).
- Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation, charge of 25% of confirmed order
- Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, charge of 50% of confirmed order
- Less than 6 hours notice of cancellation, charge of 100% of confirmed order
Truck / Van Packages
Cancellation of confirmed Truck / Van Package orders will attract the following charges.
- More than 72 hours notice of cancellation, charge of 50% of confirmed package and 100% of S1 Group Truck / Van Operator.
- Less than 72 hours notice of cancellation, charge of 100% of confirmed package and 100% for S1 Group Truck / Van Operator.
Capture Service
Cancellation of confirmed Capture Service orders will attract the following charges.
- More than 48 hours notice of cancellation, charge of 50% of confirmed order for Capture Equipment and 100% for S1 Group Digital Tech
- Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation, charge of 100% of confirmed order for Capture Equipment and S1 Group Digital Tech.
Computer Rentals
- If you rent a computer, you must copy of your all files before returning as all files will be deleted upon check-in, except in the case of Capture Service where your files will be backed up for 30 days as part of the service, and then deleted after 30 days.
